Backblaze
Backup

Endpoint backup coverage, verified from the ticket.

A laptop is being retired. Junto confirms its Backblaze backup, then ejects the account from the group and clears the device, without opening the admin console.

Backblaze protects your endpoints, but confirming coverage or managing group membership normally means logging into the admin console. Junto reads active computers, groups, and members during triage, so backup coverage is verified in context. During onboarding and offboarding, the agent can add or eject group members and clear a retired device's backup, with those changes gated by approval. Reads run automatically; membership and deletion actions wait for a technician to confirm.

What this means for your team

Active endpoints and their backup coverage are visible during triage
Group members are added or ejected from the ticket, after approval
A retired device's backup can be cleared without opening the console
Offboarding confirms backup status before an account is removed
Backup group membership stays reconciled with the client's real headcount
